Important Dates

Notification Release: 5 February 2026

Online Registration Start Date: 8 February 2026

Last Date to Apply Online: 24 February 2026

Online Examination (Tentative): 1st week of March 2026

Application Fees

• General/OBC/EWS (Male): ₹944
• General/OBC/EWS (Female): ₹708
• SC/ST/PwBD/Transgender: ₹236

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit (as of 01.01.2026)

• Minimum: 20 years
• Maximum: 28 years

Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories (SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years, PwBD: 10 years).

Education

Candidates must hold a Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Results must have been declared on or before December 31, 2025.

Language Proficiency

Candidates must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking the local language of the State/UT they are applying for.

Selection Process

Online Written Test

100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) covering General/Financial Awareness, English, Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude, and Computer Knowledge.

Local Language Test

To verify proficiency in the state's language.

• Medical Examination & Document Verification.

Stipend Details

Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend for the 1-year training period based on the branch location:

Rural/Semi-Urban/Urban Branches: ₹12,300 per month

Metro Branches: ₹15,000 per month

How to Apply

Visit the PNB Official Website or the BFSI SSC portal.

Register on the portal using a valid email ID and mobile number.

Fill in personal and educational details in the Apprenticeship Application Form.

Upload required documents (Aadhaar, photo, degree certificates).

Pay the fee online and submit the form.

Note: Candidates must also register on the NATS portal if they graduated after 1 January 2022.

Ans: Nahi, ye ek 1-year ki apprenticeship training hai. Iska matlab hai ki 1 saal baad aapka contract khatam ho jayega. Halanki, iska certificate aage doosri banking jobs mein bahut kaam aata hai.

Q2: Kya final year students apply kar sakte hain?

Ans: Sirf wahi students apply kar sakte hain jinka graduation ka result 31 December 2025 tak aa chuka hai. Agar aap abhi final semester mein hain, toh aap eligible nahi hain.

Q4: Kya main ek se zyada states ke liye apply kar sakta hoon?

Ans: Nahi, aap sirf ek hi state ke liye apply kar sakte hain. Aapko us state ki local language ka test bhi dena hoga.

Q5: Exam what pattern kya hoga?

Ans: Online exam mein total 100 objective questions honge:

Q6: Kya isme koi Bond sign karna padta hai?
