DSSSB PRT Primary Teacher Vacancy 2025 : According to the latest announcements, the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has released a notification for 1,180 vacancies for Primary Teachers in 2025. The online application process begins on September 17, 2025, and the last date to apply is October 16, 2025.

Application Fee

• General candidates: ₹100
• Female candidates, SC, ST, and PwD categories: Exempted from paying the application fee.

Age limit

• The maximum age for applicants is 30 years. 

Reserved category candidates are eligible for age relaxation as per government regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to apply for the DSSSB Primary Teacher positions, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Passed the 12th standard with at least 50% marks from a recognized board.
• Possess a D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) degree.
• Hold a valid CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) certificate.

Other Qualification

• Applicants must have passed the CTET conducted by CBSE and have studied Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, or English at the secondary level.

Selection Process

• The selection will be based on a merit list prepared from a Computer-Based Test (CBT).

Pay Scale 

• 35,400 – Rs 1,12,400/- (Pay Level – 6), Group: ‘B’ (General Central Service, Non-Ministerial, Non-Gazetted)
