CTET-UPTET 2021 update: Changes in both exams

 

CTET-UPTET 2021: The government has made major changes in the CTET exam conducted by CBSE and UPTET to be conducted by UPBEB.


 According to this, now the value of the certificate of the candidates who have passed these examinations will be valid for lifetime. CTET exam is conducted for the recruitment of teachers in the country.


 The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) are special examinations for the training of teachers. Is.


CTET exam is conducted by CBSE twice a year. On the other hand, UPTET is conducted once in a year by UPBEB.

Some important changes have happened this year in both these eligibility tests (CTET and UPTET) to be conducted for the recruitment of teachers. In fact, after the Government of India has recognized the degree of Teacher Eligibility Test for life, the degree of CTET is now valid for the whole lifetime, whereas earlier the degree of CTET was valid for 7 years. Along with CTET, now the degree of UPTET has also been validated for the entire lifetime.


Notification will come soon:


Notification for CTET was to be issued in June while for UPTET notification was to be issued in May. But due to the Corona epidemic, the notification of both the eligibility examinations has not been released yet.


Now gradually the situation is returning to normal in the country, so it can be expected that CBSE and UPBEB can conduct these eligibility tests soon.



Syllabus and exam pattern will be same


The syllabus and exam pattern of both the CTET and UPTET exams are almost the same. In both the papers of both CTET and UPTET exams, 150 questions of total 150 -150 marks are asked.


If a candidate is preparing for CTET, then he can also appear in UPTET and a candidate preparing for UPTET can also appear in CTET with the same preparation.



CBSE CTET 2021 Notification:


The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is going to release the notice for this year's Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET 2021) soon. The board has also released a notice on its official website along with information about the change in the exam pattern.


It has been said in the issued notice that the question paper will be prepared with questions with less factual knowledge and more conceptual understanding. Making a big change in the pattern, the board has decided to conduct the exam online from now on. The board has also informed that the next CTET exam will be conducted during December 2021/ January 2022.


This exam will be conducted in online mode. The board will set up facilitation centers in those districts where candidates will be provided with the facility to take free online mock tests.


 The next examination will now be conducted according to the new pattern, for which the notification is to be issued soon. To help them prepare for the CTET exam, CBSE will also release a detailed marking scheme with sample blueprints and sample questions for the candidates.


 The notice regarding the last date for submission of online application form for the next CTET exam will be issued separately by the board. Candidates check the complete information in the issued notice.
