*    Vipassana Meditation

Vipassana meditation is a method of public knowledge. Vipassana meditation requires public attention. Breath is used to perform this meditation. If you use it regularly, then you will begin to understand yourself well. Those people use this meditation which is not guided by anyone.

*    Spiritual Meditation

Spiritual meditation is used in Hinduism, it is similar to meditation meditation. The way we feel peace around us while worshiping, similarly spiritual meditation is used to pray. We can use spiritual meditation in seclusion at home and any place of worship, this practice is very beneficial for those who are in isolation and who are peace loving people.

*    Focus Meditation

In Focus Meditation, one of our five senses tries to awaken it by focusing on one of our senses. Most people start imagining yoga as soon as they hear this name. This meditation is an active form of meditation. This meditation is practiced in most forests by monks and people with spiritual thoughts.


*    Mantra Meditation

Mantra meditation is most prevalent in Hinduism and Buddhism. This meditation is used to purify the mind, in this meditation, one has to chant his attention by taking a single word or sentence and gain strength through it, reciting the mantra or sentence in it again and again. Meditation means doing one thing at a time or thinking one idea at a time. The five karma senses of man are doing one thing at a time, these are meditation. Meditation is also called if there is no defect in the mind, intellect, senses, words, and deeds, and it is collected in easy language. Our mind is here, the body should also stay there, it is maditashan.

# The memory of any person doing meditation is not weak.


# Those who do not do meditation, they become old quickly.


# People who are meditating are always happy and free from pain, and there is         always a glow  on their face.


# Only after 4 weeks of medicine, your senses start increasing.
